Since entering the industry in 2021 via the Convex Graduate Scheme, Sam has achieved a rapid five-year rise to a senior role, recognised for his technical knowledge, diplomacy, and commercial leadership on major international losses. In addition to managing complex claims, Sam is dedicated to mentoring next-generation talent and building industry networks.
