The IACP Future Leaders Award is bestowed by the Board of Directors to recognize individuals who embody the attributes of a future claim's leader in the spirit of the IACP stated mission and objectives. Individuals are nominated by active Members of the association. The recipient receives an expense paid trip to the signature Annual Conference. The award is underwritten by the IACP Diamond Sponsors.

Sandra McCormack 2025

Sandra McCormack is European Claims Specialist for McGill and Partners. Based in Dublin, Sandra has been pivotal in establishing and streamlining MGP’s European claims function. Her exceptional client and market engagement skills have been central to the success of several high-profile claim settlements – most notably her involvement in the ATP Brazil air crash negotiations, where her support was instrumental for both clients and the market.

Additionally, Sandra’s influence has been integral to evolving MGP's onshore and offshore claims operations, where she has led on the development of relationships with offshore partners, provided hands-on training and support, and taken responsibility for MGP’s claims operations and cash management processes. In just the past four months, she has overseen the clearance of more than $20 million in claims payments, while ensuring the continued accuracy and efficiency of IBA (Insurance Broking Accounts) processes for MGP’s EU and UK operations.
